Add teammates, assign roles, and configure SSO in under 5 minutes.
Team management in Check Studio is handled from the Settings > Members page. You can invite via email, domain auto-join, or SAML SSO.
Invite by email
- 1Go to Settings > Members
- 2Click "Invite member"
- 3Enter email addresses (comma-separated for bulk)
- 4Select a role: Admin, Editor, or Viewer
- 5Click Send invites
Role permissions
| Admin | Full access to all projects, billing, and settings |
| Editor | Can create and edit tests, view dashboards, manage integrations |
| Viewer | Read-only access to dashboards and reports |
SSO
Enterprise plans can configure SAML SSO under Settings > Security. Supports Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace, and generic SAML 2.0.
