Add teammates, assign roles, and configure SSO in under 5 minutes.

Team management in Check Studio is handled from the Settings > Members page. You can invite via email, domain auto-join, or SAML SSO.

Invite by email

  1. 1Go to Settings > Members
  2. 2Click "Invite member"
  3. 3Enter email addresses (comma-separated for bulk)
  4. 4Select a role: Admin, Editor, or Viewer
  5. 5Click Send invites

Role permissions

AdminFull access to all projects, billing, and settings
EditorCan create and edit tests, view dashboards, manage integrations
ViewerRead-only access to dashboards and reports

SSO

Enterprise plans can configure SAML SSO under Settings > Security. Supports Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace, and generic SAML 2.0.
