Notify your team in Slack or Microsoft Teams when tests fail, coverage drops, or a release is ready to ship.
Slack setup
- 1Go to Settings > Integrations > Slack
- 2Click "Add to Slack" and choose a channel
- 3Select events: test fail, flake detected, coverage threshold, release ready
Teams setup
- 1Go to Settings > Integrations > Microsoft Teams
- 2Enter your incoming webhook URL
- 3Configure event triggers and mention rules
Mention rules
Mention @channel for release-blockers, but use quiet notifications for flaky test digests to avoid alert fatigue.
